The objective of CIO-SP3 Small Business is to provide government agencies a mechanism for quick ordering of needed IT solutions and services at equitable and reasonable prices, to give qualified small businesses a greater opportunity to participate in these requirements, and as a result, give government agencies a mechanism to help meet their socio-economic contracting goals.

C5 ("Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, and Intelligence") is a consortium under CMG Corp that brings together prominent organizations in the C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) and cybersecurity technology domains. Its mission is to accelerate the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions essential to national defense and cyber operations

C5 is designed to streamline the transition from innovative concepts to operational capabilities. By fostering collaboration among its members, the consortium aims to shorten the timeline for delivering critical technologies to government end users—helping sustain U.S. military and cyber dominance.

The Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract provides worldwide coverage of IT requirements and technical support services supporting the Government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States (US). E-SITE, a multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle, supports both classified and unclassified programs on multiple networks and security domains. The services and capabilities supported by the E-SITE contract will provide responsive, flexible, adaptive, and timely solutions for participating organizations to satisfy current and future IT requirements.

8(a) STARS III is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide cutting-edge technology solutions from award-winning 8(a) small businesses to federal agencies. Using 8(a) STARS III will enable you to access 8(a) firms through an established contract vehicle instead of traditional, open market methods – saving time and taxpayer money.

The IWRP Consortium is built around an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA)—a non-FAR procurement authority under 10 U.S. Code § 4022—that enables rapid engagement with industry and academia to develop and mature information warfare technologies for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. IWRP OTA is a forward-leaning acquisition vehicle that leverages streamlined contracting and collaborative consortiums to bring advanced information warfare capabilities from concept to field rapidly.

SeaPort-NxG is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-NxG Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract holders.

NAVSEA established the SeaPort Office to meet these the NAVSEA strategic sourcing wedge and the OSD performance based contracting directive while bringing order to NAVSEA PSS acquisitions. The vision was to provide a faster, better, and cheaper means in which to procure PSS.
